Campmaster Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Reserves a campsite location
Works with the SPL on the campout agenda
Detemines preliminary costs of campout. Works with SPL and SM to determine which expenses are paid by the scout versus the troop (i.e. gas, travel money, cracker barrel, etc).
Publicizes the campout (newsletter, email, etc.)
Recruits drivers
Provides info to travel permit coordinator
Recruits grubmaster (if they don't want to do it)
Recruits someone to haul the trailer
Tracks number of attendees (adult and scout)
Keeps Scoutmaster / Old Goats / SPL apprised of progress.
Reports final attendance figure
Submits to treasurer any expenses he/she incurred (i.e. campsite fee, food fee, etc)
