The
Announcement
March 2009
Troop
announcements
On March 30th,
summer camp deposits are due.
There are now 2 troop
campouts in March and OA Spring pow wow.......
so let's go camping! Mark your calendars for the Crosswinds District
Camporee that will be held @Camp Reeves, March 27-29. The troop will host its annual pig picking at the event.
We want to welcome to our new scouts
from Pack's 120, 165, 202 and 216. We look forward to joining you as you start
your trail to Eagle.
Scouts don't forget to stay focused
on your merit badges this spring. Let's avoid partials and have them completed
in time for Court of Honor. Speaking of
Court of Honor, the spring date is set for May 18th!
Eagle candidates, don't forget to plan your project work days around troop
activities to increase attendance and participation in both. Thank you all for
your patience on the re-scheduling of the February campout. Looks like we made
the right call!
Meeting ideas...... scouts and parents, if you have ideas for a meeting / meeting presenter please let our
SPL Nicholas Dempster or me know.
Thanks!
